TERMS & CONDITIONS for COACH
1	For safety reasons, passengers must fasten their safety belts once the bus is on the highway
2	This ticket must be retained by passenger till destination and produced on demand for inspection when requested.
3	This ticket is not transferable and if lost, the Company should be notified immediately.
4	This ticket is valid only for the particular journey stated herein.
5	This ticket is not refundable and no change of date and time will be entertained.
6	To avoid delay, passenger travelling to Haadyai must submit his or her International passport 2 hours before departure, so that we could help to proceed with various necessary arrangement.
7	Each passenger is allowed to carry not more than 2 pieces of luggage (each not exceed to 10 kilos).
8	The price paid to the Company is solely for the ticket and does not include any other costs.
9	a) The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the passenger’s personal belongings and luggage (kept in the luggage compartment of the coach) during the entire journey. (b) Passengers shall personally carry their belongings and luggage to and from the customs. (c) Passengers are advised to keep cash and valuables with them and shall not keep the same in the luggage kept in the luggage compartment of the coach.
10	Items which are hazardous, have strong odour and stain easily are prohibited in the bus.
11	Passenger must check-in half an hour before departure time, Ticket will be invalid if passenger failed to board the bus at departure time.
12	Bus toilets are for urinating only and not for passing motion.
13	The Company, GRASSLAND EXPRESS PTE LTD and/or its associated agents shall not be held responsible to any person as a result of the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration or customs authorities resulting from holding improper travel documents or the possession of unlawful items or for any causes whatsoever.
14	The Company and/or its associated agents act only in the capacity of agent for passengers in making all arrangements for transportation. All receipts and tickets issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the supplier.
15	The Company shall be exempted from any liability for loss, injury or damage to property or person, accidents, traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public/private road, highway, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.
16	Passengers boarding elsewhere other than our office do so at their own risks. The Company accepts no responsibility and no claims/refunds will be entertained.
17	In the event of breakdown of a coach the Company reserves the right to replace it with other type of coaches.
